2. General Provisions

2.1. These GTC apply to purchases made through the website https://b2b.jpdecor.eu.
2.2. By using the website, the buyer accepts the terms of these GTC.

3. Products and Prices

3.1. The prices displayed on the website do not include VAT.
3.2. VAT-free purchases are only possible with a valid EU VAT number.
3.3. Customers without a valid EU VAT number may only purchase at prices increased by VAT. The VAT rate is 27%.
3.2. The listed prices include shipping costs.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1. The products are delivered using our own vehicles.
4.2. The method of delivery and the calculation of the fee are determined in each case based on individual agreement, either before or after placing the order.
4.3. The customer has the option of personal pickup at our warehouse indicated above.
4.4. Delivery time: For products marked “In Stock,” within 2–5 business days; for products marked “Available on Order,” approximately 15–30 business days.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment method: advance bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice.
5.2. Invoicing is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws in force.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. In accordance with Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.), the buyer (if considered a consumer) is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2. The buyer will receive a separate notice on the exercise and conditions of the right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints Handling

7.1. The buyer may submit complaints via the above contact details (phone, e-mail, letter).
7.2. The service provider handles complaints in accordance with the applicable laws and responds in writing.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Issues not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, as well as by the legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection.
8.2. These GTC shall enter into force on 16 August 2025.
